uMoya is a space dedicated to the well-being of women and children, offering a unique blend of yoga and mindfulness practices. Our mission is to support women through every stage of life, drawing from our founder's personal yoga and prenatal/postpartum journey. At uMoya, we believe in sharing resources and creating a nurturing environment for our community. We provide a range of services to cater to the needs of our clients, including specialized classes and workshops tailored for women and children.

Mel is a certified prenatal and postpartum yoga specialist, committed to supporting women through the transformative stages of motherhood. Her classes focus on holistic well-being, providing a safe and empowering experience for mothers.

Mel is also registered with Yoga Alliance.
